Main level master has an adjoining bath. Upstairs bedroom has a small deck to enjoy the lake views and has easy access to the hall bath. The loft bedroom is open and could be a perfect bunk bed area or office, all with a large closet. Closet across the hall from water heater is perfect size for a stackable washer and dryer, but is not plumbed at the current time. The home has been primarily used in the summer but has a forced air propane furnace for winter use, located in the large and tall, insulated crawl space. There is lots of room for a workshop and storage in the crawl space. Great lake fishing and a great place to base out of for stream fishing, close to reservoir fishing, hiking and an hour to great skiing. Truly a piece of the Rockies to enjoy year round.
