From Leadville, take Mountain View Dr (County Rd 17) west to County Rd 9, then north to Tennessee Creek Rd. Take Tennessee Creek Rd to the fork in the road - take a right turn. At the next fork in the road, take a left turn. At this point (approx 4.3 miles of dirt road), you will be on a bumpy jeep trail until you reach the property. Use your GPS device.
