Home is being sold As-Is but Seller has made sure that most major items are in good condition. There is Newer Roofing which was installed in 2016 and it's been Certified with UB Code Roofing (see Supplements). The furnace was installed in 2017 and was just cleaned and certified by Busy Bee (see Supplements). The Sewer line was replaced from the exterior clean out into the home in the crawl space. This work was done 12/22 and performed by Northwestern Plumbing (see Supplements). Nothing was required from clean out to the street which is in good condition.
