Juniper Waters Ranch is the complete package with fishing on the Yampa River and it borders thousands of acres of BLM with excellent hunting potential! The ranch has great year around access with power and it has great river access for fishing and rafting on the Yampa River!

Land:
The 1198 +/- acres borders Highway 40 on the northeast side and the Yampa River on the southeast side giving you direct access to both. The terrain consist of gentle rolling hills throughout the ranch.

Recreation:
The key to any successful hunting or cattle ranch is always WATER! This ranch has the water to be very successful on both fronts. Several main wildlife trails cross the ranch as the deer, elk and antelope head from the mountain to the Yampa River. This ranch has elk, mule deer and antelope during all seasons and is not dependent on the migratory herds for any species.

The ranch borders the Yampa River with great access for fishing, rafting or just playing in and enjoying! There are trails into the BLM lands for hiking, biking or riding off road vehicles. The hunting unit is in Unit 211 and the ranch qualifies for landowner deer and antelope vouchers while being over the counter for elk.

The ranch is located just east of the small ranching community of Maybell, Colorado and 20 minutes west of Craig, Colorado.
