The 20x45 foot garage is heated for year-round use and comes with a private bath. Ceilings range from 18-24ft. with ample room to accomodate a mezzanine loft space. Store RVs and snowmobiles here! The central location provides convenient access to the backcountry in and around Steamboat. Shelving and lofts are not included in base price. HOA fees are estimated to be $2000/year.
